We are excited to announce our redesign: Bilingual Dietitian is now Fuel Labs. This change better reflects the identity and goals of our clients. Whether you are a recreational athlete, an elite athlete, or someone looking to optimize your health and nutrition, this change is designed for you.

Why Fuel Labs?

Our new name captures the essence of what we do: being the lab where we work together to fuel your performance, achieve your goals, and enhance your wellbeing. At Fuel Labs, we combine science, experience, and passion to personalize nutrition solutions that truly work. This change is designed to better connect with our diverse client community, from combat and endurance athletes to sports teams and female athletes.

At Fuel Labs, we bring the latest science and technology to optimize our clients’ performance, health, and relationship with food.

Our mission remains the same: to help you reach your full potential, but now with a renewed focus and expanded services.

We will continue serving:

  • Combat athletes: jiu-jitsu, boxing, judo, taekwondo.

  • Endurance and ultra-endurance athletes: runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes.

  • Sports teams: football, golf, dance, track and field, soccer, among others.

  • Female athletes: specific needs and performance optimization.

  • Hispanic athletes and active individuals: improving their relationship with food and supporting recovery from disordered eating.

Meet the Fuel Labs sports dietitians:

Tatiana VΓ©lez: Sports dietitian currently providing services for the Tampa Bay Rays, with extensive experience working with combat athletes and disordered eating. Tatiana leads the vision of expanding our services in Puerto Rico, helping the active population reach their full potential.

RocΓ­o Rivera: Sports dietitian with experience in endurance sports (cyclists, runners, triathletes, swimmers) and consultant for organizations and teams. RocΓ­o is dedicated to bringing our sports nutrition services to organizations that do not currently have sports dietitians.
